Terms of Service

• All custom quotes are based on the specifications, measurements, images, files, and requirements provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, measurements, spelling, names, and design requirements are accurate.
• Any changes requested after a quote has been accepted may result in additional charges or production delays.
• A quote is not considered an order until payment has been successfully submitted and accepted.
• BattleForged3D reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any provided design proofs or mockups before production.
• Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible without additional charges.
• BattleForged3D is not responsible for errors or omissions in customer-approved designs, including spelling, dimensions, colors, placement, or other specifications.
• Digital previews and mockups are representations of the intended finished product. Minor differences in appearance may occur during the actual 3D-printing process.

• Minor layer lines, surface variations, seams, texture differences, and other normal characteristics of 3D printing are not automatically considered defects.
• Colors may vary slightly from digital previews or displayed product photographs due to filament batches, lighting, monitor settings, and material availability.
• Small dimensional variations may occur as a result of the printing process.
• Products may require minor post-processing, cleaning, or finishing.

• Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• All quoted prices are based on the agreed-upon specifications at the time of purchase.
• Additional design revisions, material changes, modifications, or customer-requested changes may incur additional charges.
• Orders will not enter production until the required payment has been received.

Custom Orders:

• Custom orders cannot be canceled for a full refund once design work, material preparation, or production has begun.
• Refund requests for custom orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Any approved refund may be reduced to account for completed design work, labor, materials, production costs, and other expenses already incurred, where permitted by law.

Standard / Non-Custom Orders:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters production.
• Returns or refunds for standard products are subject to approval by BattleForged3D.
• Items that have been used, modified, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Orders:

• If an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, or does not reasonably match the approved specifications, customers should contact BattleForged3D within 7 days of delivery.
• Please include the order number and clear photographs of the issue.
• BattleForged3D will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

• Estimated production and shipping times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon.
• Custom orders may require additional production time depending on complexity, materials, and current order volume.
• BattleForged3D is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

• 3D-printed products may have material, temperature, strength, UV exposure, and environmental limitations.
• Product performance depends on material selection, design, printing orientation, environmental conditions, and intended use.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not certified or represented as safety-rated, load-rated, or suitable for life-safety applications.
• Customers should not use products in applications where failure could result in injury, property damage, or other serious consequences unless the product has been specifically designed, tested, and approved for that application.
